I know that I haven't posted anything in a while but this pic I thought was definitely worth posting. This is the TV stand I'm ordering for my new crib, it's made by AUTON (www.auton.com). It's a great company that makes many different types of lifts from this standard lifts to those that are more commercial. Each lift is pretty much custom made and you go through a long ordering process that allows for the exact measurements, wood stain type, and quality.
